Silicon nanoparticle dispersions are suspensions of silicon nanoparticles in various solvents such as isopropanol, ethanol or ethylene glycol.

We supply nanoparticles based on PCC’s own metallurgical silicon. We offer our customers powders and particles in dispersions in particle sizes from D50 100 nm to >300 nm. These are also produced in coated and surface-functionalized forms.

On request, we can also produce customized nanomaterials tailored to your specific requirements.
